How to remove a contact from an active campaign


1. Go to Dashboard

2. Type the contact email for example “joe@smarketingcloud.com”

a list of users will appearType the contact email for example "joe@smarketingcloud.com"

3. Click on the contact you want

4. When you go to their profile, click on “Show more details”

5. Go to Campaigns and under the “Currently running” section, you should see a campaign name.

Click the X on the campaign to remove them.

Go to Campaigns - Currently running and click the X on the campaign to remove them.

6. Then you’re done.
